Synthetic marijuana seizures are ongoing in the state of Alabama.
One store owner called seizures of the various herbal products, which can mimic
the effects of marijuana when smoked,“a terrible injustice.” “I think it’s quite an
overreaction to the few who have overindulged, when, if done in moderation,
it would not have been a problem,” said Sherri Williams, owner of Pleasures stores
in Decatur and Huntsville, referring to the executive order
Gov. Robert Bentley issued Friday directing law enforcement to seize the products.
